2013 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar, Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, California,
LiMa Solutions Ed Martinet is joined by 13 other previous winners of the “Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence” along with this year’s winner Margie Luper (center). The award, affectionately known as the “Ollie Award” is named in honor of the late Appellate Judge, Jerrold S. Oliver who was truly a “founding father” in the alternative resolution process in construction defect claims and litigation. Over 6000 members of the construction community vote on each year’s nominees. The award is presented to an individual who has invoked the spirit of commitment, contribution, loyalty and trust for the betterment of the entire construction defect community.
