Ed Martinet possesses an unparalleled understanding surrounding the complexities of the construction defect industry, the nuances of insurance coverage and effective mediation techniques. His industry experience spans more than 34 years and includes more than 350 million dollars in projects, 4,000+ consulting assignments, hundreds of depositions and more than 75 trials/binding arbitrations/judicial references in both state and federal court. Mr. Martinet is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states and holds a B.S. in Construction Management. Mr. Martinet founded MC Consultants more than 30 years ago and guided the firm to its current nationwide position. He left MC Consultants to launch LiMa Solutions, whose neutral experts specialize in the swift resolution of complex construction related claims and cases. Under Mr. Martinet’s guidance, LiMa Solutions is trailblazing a unique conflict resolution process that is effective in reducing time, stress and expenses for its clients. Mr. Martinet’s background and insight make him a sought after speaker at conferences and events concerning construction claims litigation management.

Business Development
Michael brings a seasoned perspective of over twenty years’ experience in the area of design and construction business development. His background includes marketing positions with construction material manufacturers, fabricators and distributors. His previous responsibilities included relationship building with architects, design professionals, contractors and project principals. This background leads to a unique understanding of the construction industry and the need for an efficient conflict resolution process. He has been an AIA/CES approved presenter and member of CSI.
Special Projects Liason
Rosanne Martinet has been involved in the business of education for more than 30 years, receiving two teaching credentials and a Masters Degree in Education. She had a wide variety of leadership experiences and was during that time an integral part of helping develop the path that MC Consultants would take in the Construction Litigation arena. Along with her husband Ed, they worked tirelessly to build the foundation and reputation of their growing business. Rose honed her strong communication and collaborative skills early on, serving as a board member on four nationwide corporations. As a member of the LiMa Solutions team, she is looking forward to listening and responding with global ideas, while blazing a new trail alongside her husband Ed.
